The last thing we do after the painting is the flexi pointing. We prefer to flexi point after painting to achieve the ‘new roof’ finish.
Flexi Pointing is a polymer based substrate that moves and flexes as your house does, resisting the cracking and absorption of water as with older style cement based pointing.
The colour of the roof pointing is matched to the roof colour selected.
