The re colouring of your roof is done via spray guns. All skylights / laserlights are to be masked up to avoid overspray All roofs require a 3 x coat system (4 x coats on badly weathered / porous tiles):
1 x coat sealer: This is a transparent coating that helps the base coat adhere to the porous tile surface
1 x base coat of ‘prem coat’: This is a thick acrylic membrane. This coat gives the coating it’s body and colour.
1 x top coat: has slightly more sheen than the base coat and dries a lot harder leaving the roof sparkling and achieving that new roof finish.
